I hope your summers have been adventurous, relaxing, and rejuvenating! And now its time to start thinking about another school year, and all that it brings. As we start our third year together, our goal is to find new white belts!
Flea Market
Once again, Good Wolf is heading to the Inner Sunset Flea Market, this Sunday Aug 9th, 10-4, where we will be teaching basic techniques and leading prospective students thru breaking. Please join us!! This month, the theme is “Dog Days of Summer”, so your canine family is also welcome!
T-Shirts
As we plan more events together in the coming year, it will be great to show our team spirit. This calls for t-shirts! But oy, it has been a journey finding the right material, color, and logo design!
Here are our t-shirts for 2026:
Why two? Well, Purple Rain Heather is a great color match with our logo design, BUT it isn't available in youth sizes, and it isn't available in adult medium?! Wat?! <sigh/> So, there's also an option in Heather Purple, available with a wider range of youth and adult sizes.

This group sale closes on August 15th, so get your order in ASAP! If you're in the SF Bay Area, you can have your order shipped to me for easy pick-up. If you're outside SF, please have your order shipped directly to you.
Flyers
I've been posting flyers for Good Wolf at local coffee shops and laundromats around Inner Sunset, Cole Valley, and NOPA. Would you put these up around your neighborhoods? I'll have some printed up available at the dojang for you, and here's a sheet that you can print and cut yourself.
