Our own Jade W. is testing for cho dan this Friday and I know we are all so proud of her. Jade, I'm impressed with just how much balance you are achieving while pursuing so much good in your life! It is an honor being your instructor!

And tomorrow, Master Ohlson celebrates 50 laps around the sun!! We are all better for her love, experience, and wisdom. Ma'am, it's an honor being your friend, and I look forward to running, punching, and kicking, for another 50 laps!
