About Good Wolf

Inside each of us are two wolves, um and yang. You have to feed them both, in the right ways, to find balance in yourself.

Good Wolf Tang Soo Do is a martial arts school located in San Francisco, CA, and is affiliated with the WTSDA. For health, self-defense, and to become a better person, we teach 5 codes, 7 tenets, 14 attitudes, and 100s of physical techniques to balance mind and body. We serve students 8yrs and up, and the entire family, siblings and parents alike, are welcome.
