7/24 Special Guests: Master Paul Noriega & Mr. Declan Noriega
One of the great aspects of the WTSDA is knowing that we have family all around the world. This weekend, we are again honored to be visited by close friends from Region 20: Master Paul Noriega and Mr. Declan Noriega, of Fathom Martial Arts.
I first met Paul and Barb at Worlds in 2018. After many annual visits to Region 20's October Tournaments and February Ki Gong clinics, we became close to the entire Noriega family. Now Ms. Cooley trains with the Noriega's while attending UCSD, and they have adopted her as one of their own.
They are, each and every one, fierce champions with giant hearts, and I am inspired by their Tang Soo Do spirit. So inspired, I adopted his trigrams tattoo as my own!
