2025 Summer Classes

Here’s the schedule of classes for Good Wolf this summer:

  • Mondays, 7pm - Advanced Class
  • Tues & Thurs, 6pm-7:30 - Open Class (all ranks all ages)
  • Tues & Thurs, 7:30-8pm - Sparring
  • Saturdays 12:30-3pm - Open Studio (walk-ins welcome)

Note the changes to Tuesdays and Thursdays! First, there is a single class per evening, open to all gup and dan students, 90 minutes long. For those that can’t get there by 6, please arrive when you can! That’s the open in “Open Class”. As always, we’ll be reviewing individual techniques, combinations, one steps, ho sin sul, and forms on a regular basis. We are blessed with many instructors, who will have many opportunities to lead us. Bring water.

Second, there’s been lots of requests for sparring, and so we’ll spend our Tuesday and Thursday evenings further building up our cardio health and incorporating our training into friendly sparring competition. Gear on and lets go!

On Traveling

While we train only a few hours per week, Tang Soo Do really is a 24/7/365 mindset. Constant and consistent training, practice, and study are key to self-development. For those traveling this summer, please please please make time to practice, even if all you have is a corner of a room, and time to study, even if its only a few pages of your gup manual. Log these times in a paper or digital journal, and you'll be primed to jump back into training upon your return.
